Shea butters were prepared following Mégnanou et al. (2007) method improved by avoiding the step of shea oil dehydratation by heating. Hence, Shea fruit (10 kg) pulp were revolved and the nuts were dipped in two equivalent volumes of boiling water for 20 min and then put on plates for regular sun drying for one (1) week.
